Help plan and structure data projects through strategic prioritization for community development. Part of this work will be to provide a source of information about data processes and interconnected data pieces that help create meaning and purpose-driven solutions for those we support

Definition
Helping to reduce seen and unseen gaps that are persistent challenges, democratizing data and it’s role in advocacy, and promoting positive community health outcomes.
Evaluating
We plan to do this by: expanding diversity of community advocates, increasing awareness of different community priorities among and between groups of people, increasing civic engagement with decision-making processes, and creating safe spaces to tackle challenges
Generating Knowledge
Definition
Using rigorous science, practice, and community wisdom to create solutions and scaffolding for learning and growth
Evaluating
We plan to do this by: conducting meaningful research for and with communities to uplift the work that we strive to better the present and futures we are a part of. We value the sharing of each other’s truths and stories so that we can find the intersection of humility and humanity
Capacity-building
Definition
Providing the resources, knowledge, and connections to uplift current and future generation of leaders to support their priorities in our social communities
Evaluating
We plan to do this by: ensuring that participants at all levels of engagement and development can provide perspective to contributions of effort, time, resources, and services. We need leaders at every level
