C3D’s Data Use Agreement

A data use agreement is a legal contract that identifies the rights and responsibilities that all parties may have when they interact with data. Interacting with data can involve being, (1) a consumer of that information as a citizen, or (2) a steward of that information who provides oversight.

In the work that C3D does, the data lifecycle process will be involved. This can include any or all of the following, (1) data sourcing, (2) data collection, (3) data analysis, (4) data visualization, and (5) data communication. Any information provided on our website will always follow federal and state privacy laws. In addition, we take extra precaution in handling data on individuals.
