What is Dot2Dot?

Background Info: An ongoing project on the continuous assessment of how we can better provide visibility for communities and for what particular areas. We hope to use this information to make sure we can best serve the needs of the many communities that we belong to and thrive together with. Goals: With the collected information, we hope to build partnerships and extend support of projects from one interest group to another via meaningful connections that align efforts. Any public and non-identifiable information about health assessments, needs assessments, and project developments will be provided to show larger community health trends. We hope this can help inform for better metric development and for us to be better advocates.
