Key Partners

Our partners have a vested interest in collaborating with local communities to advance improvements to accessibility and usage of community specific data. These partners will include all those in local, state, and community-based organizations.

Activities

Our activities involve providing services on relevant community projects and to interface with respective organizations that can assist in action planning and accountability development. We’ll be a part of the process from start to finish.

Resources

We support evaluation, analytics, and strategic planning in order to identify resources for change.

Value

We work towards building connected communities that shapes advocacy for bringing incremental change to improve our systems. Over time, data and stories; people and places; and systems and change will continue to ground this work.

Action Planning

Planning and implementation involves partnerships with organizations to consider sustainable, realistic goals that can change with our ever-evolving communities. Policy, advocacy, and community roots are the centerpiece.
